This afternoon I posted to the DigiComps project folder the promised excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is for Nina to use as she goes through the the 2004 comps. Each comp should be accompanied by a descriptive record using this spreadsheet as a template. Please contact me if there are any questions.
The spreadsheet is divided into two sheets. The first sheet is to be filled out to describe the comp. The second sheet is a data dictionary of sorts. For each attribute on the first sheet, there is a description of what should go in that field, in what format, and whether it might be blank or not. If this data dictionary results in befuddlement rather than clarification, again, please let me know.
I finished filling the comps description sheet. It’s in the Digicomps folder. Feedback? Mistakes? Corrections?
