Dr. Johann Graf Lambsdorff, who began the Corruption Perception Index (published by Transparency International) maintains this web site which also provides access to the CPI. All years of the CPI are here, 1995-present, as well as the two retrospective indexes representing 1980-1985 and 1988-1992.
The site also contains a research section with working papers on corruption.
